This confirms that AM TRANSFORMER SERVICES, works with the highest integrity. As part of our service’s we undertake to do your oil sampling and send them to Oilwatch to be analysed. This is a registered laboratory and is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and 17025 registered company.

On receipt of the reports, AM TRANSFORMER SERVICES will send you the accredited report, with a quotation should any further work need to be done.

Oil Purification

Management of transformer oils is critical to the long term operation of all oil cooled transformers.

Oil Sampling & Analysis

The compiling of a full assessment done on the condition of the transformer (oil leaks, paint condition and repairs needed).

Infared Scanning

Scan using thermal imagining cameras to detect abnormal heat coming from the transformers to help predict and prevent costly breakdowns.

Our Own Purification Plant

Purification involves the removal of solids and other impurities including water, gases and sludge from oil and fuels. Oil purification forms an important part of regular preventative transformer maintenance.
